SP1 Assessment Overview - What to expect and do

Congratulations! Great work making it through the SP1 modules and projects!! Now let's get you through the SP1 finish line! In this module, you will learn what to expect and do for your SP1 Assessment. What to Expect: A local assessor will set up a time and day to come to your branch to conduct the SP1 Assessment. No worries, they are our teammates and are ready to coach you through the SP1 finish line. You should communicate to your team when the scheduled assessment will take place. The SP1 Assessment time frame is 2-4 hours. You will be asked to explain your knowledge on Ewing Customer Service, Products, and specific P21 and Cheetah functions.  Rest easy, assessments are not meant to trick you, and there are no surprises. Anything asked of you to demonstrate or explain, comes straight from your SP1 Training Checklist.
