OverviewSP1 covers the fundamental knowledge, basic skills, and operational details that you will need to begin your career path at Ewing. Upon completion of SP1, you will benefit from having developed an understanding of business principles and skill sets that will help you succeed in the distribution business. No matter the venue, in branch, on a jobsite, or at an event, our customers will benefit from Service Professionals who are able to offer the assistance they need, when they need it.Enrolling:To enroll in SP1 Irrigation, you must first complete Onboarding Essentials in Compliance. You will be automatically enrolled. If you are not automatically enrolled, you should still be able to enroll.Assessment:Once you complete the requirements for this program, reference the SP Assessment-What to Expect and Do class to find information on how to enroll in an assessment.You must bring all your Course Projects or email them to your assessor in order to pass the Assessment.
