This Specialist Program is designed for those that want to become an expert in hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting. With the successful completion of this program the employee will receive a $1.00/hr. increase (for non-exempt employees) or $1,000 bonus (for exempt employees).
The program will consist of the following:
Ewing training videos with a short quiz after eachVendor training videos with a short quiz after eachEwing hands-on projects to complete and document before final assessmentThe program will be divided into sections, and you will take an exam after each section that you will be required to at least score 90 or above to move on.A final exam will also be required after all courses are taken and you will be required to score 90 or above.
