SP4 Manager in Training

The Manager in Training (MIT) is by invitation only from a Regional Manager and is for Service Professionals who have completed SP1, SP2, and the SP3 Branch Development Program and are interested in managing a Branch or Yard. The Program focuses on strategic thinking, planning and other pertinent skills/ knowledge for managing branch business and leading branch personnel. You will have 12 months (one year) to complete the mandatory curriculum and additional requirements. As a Service Professional, if you complete this program within that calendar year, you will receive an invitation to the Development and Leadership Conference in Phoenix, AZ, with Champion Table seating. You will also earn eligibility for priority advancement consideration. The Preparation Program is designed to prepare motivated, qualified Service Professionals an advanced career path with Ewing. You will benefit from the knowledge and experience gained as you learn how to effectively operate a branch, build your customer base and manage a team of Service Professionals. Ewing will benefit from having a team of capable, ambitious Service Professionals who will become the future leaders driving the companys success. Customers will benefit from a network of accessible, knowledgeable, friendly and motivated Service Professionals focused on their unique needs and challenges. Once you complete the coursework for this program, you will need to complete the Final Interview with your Regional Manager in order to be marked complete.  After being invited by your Regional Manager, a Service Professional will be enrolled in the program by the Learning Systems Coordinator.
